Bal Harbour is known for its beach and the mall. Bal Harbour Shops are recognized around the world as a shopping destination for luxury labels and has been ranked the highest grossing revenue per square foot of all malls. The open air shopping center is complimented by popular restaurants (like Carpaccio and The Grill) with expansive outdoor seating and there are plans to expand the Bal Harbour Shops! Bal Harbour has a limited number of homes tucked away from it all.

Bay Harbor Islands is located just to the west of Bal Harbour and is a sought after location for its highly rated public school. The west island has only single family homes as opposed to the east island which is zoned for multi-family. There are many dry lot homes and a few waterfront lots along the perimeter.

Surfside is located just to the south of Bal Harbour and is typically more affordable than its neighboring single family communities. Homes located in Surfside are located fairly close to both the beach and the bay. Surfside has seen a recent resurgence with properties like the Surf Club Four Seasons being constructed.

Indian Creek may very well be Miami’s pinnacle of waterfront estate homes. The island is located just north of Biscayne Point and South of Bay Harbor. It has an amazing golf course with a historic club house. The island has its own police and some of the wealthiest individuals in the world call it home. The homes are known for large amount of land and some have amazing open bay views.
