This park is a great extension of living space for residents of condominium towers like Paramount Bay, Opera, 1800 Club, Quantum, Cite and Aria.

Edgewater is Just to the north of the Arts District and along the bay and off Biscayne Blvd. This area has seen a big uptick in new development with condominium towers such as Paraiso, Biscayne Beach, Bay House, Blue and Icon Bay among others. Retail on Biscayne Blvd. continues to improve. West of Edgewater lies the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown.

Wynwood is known for old warehouses that have been converted to art galleries, bars and restaurants. There are not many luxury residential options in Wynwood at this point however there are new projects in the works. One existing condo tower is Cynergi. It’s located across from acclaimed restaurant, Beaker and Gray. Other neighborhood spots include Panther Coffee, Joey’s, Wynwood Kitchen and Wall and Alter. Make sure to check out the monthly art crawl.
